Tuscany Cooking Lessons
The Tuscan cooking classes at our villa are the best opportunity to discover the secrets, flavors and smells of the typical Tuscan and Chianti cuisine. Our cooking classes present the most ancient and traditional Tuscan recipes: famous pappardelle, tagliatelle and ravioli handmade with delicious sauces. Helped by our cooks, you will be able to prepare first and second courses and even desserts from the Tuscan cuisine and at the end you could present these dishes to your friends when you return home.
Starting from the processing of soft wheat flour, fresh pasta dishes, different types of homemade bread and pizzas will be prepared, which will be the starters and first dishes of your dinner. The pasta that you will make, will be gladdened by the tasting of a glass of red wine DCOG Chianti, produced in our vineyard and kept in our cellar.
Our Tuscan cooking courses will continue with other typical recipes, from a second course of meat with side dishes of cooked vegetables, to various pies and baked pies; to conclude with the preparation of typical desserts, from the famous Tiramisu, to fruit tarts and other surprise desserts!
