Wine and food Tasting

To fully enjoy the atmosphere of Chianti and its gastronomic tradition it is possible for you to make guided tastings in search of the true flavors of Tuscany. Our Villa is located near various wineries and farms where typical Tuscan products are produced. In these cellars and estates of Chianti, traditional methods of producing high quality products are handed down from generation to generation. You can enjoy Tuscan wines, oils, balsamic vinegar, prestigious cheeses and local cured meats, including Cinta Senese.

We are also always available to organize for you guided visits to the vineyards, olive groves and to the Villa's cellar with a tasting of our red wine, Chianti DCOG, and our oil. Enzo, an expert on wines and oils, will be your guide available in giving you advices, he will also be able to offer you detailed explanations about processes and methods of preparation.

Finally, for all of you who wish not only to taste but also to have a direct experince of preparation of ancient and typical Tuscan recipes, our Villa could also organize cooking classes.
