Price: villa rental price per week
- Arrival/Departure day: Saturday ( after 3.00 pm/before 10.00 am)
- Terms and conditions: 50% at booking, 50% 3 months before arrival
- Deposit of € 1.500 to be paid on arrival n refund before depart deducted eventual extra charges or damages
- Weekly linen and bathroom towels: included - provided by local supplier
- Heating is not included
- In the prices you have 2 hours daily cleaning ( except Sundays n festivities)
- Tax of 1,50 per person per day to be paid cash before depart
